How to become a member

Association members may be individual or legal entities who agree with its goal. May become a member of the association any person who:

Recognizes the statute;
Directly carries out an economic activity in Romania or Japan;
Pays the registration fee;
The founding member means the person who initially participated at the formation of the Association.

Membership quality of the association can not be transferred or assigned to another person. The Association shall keep a register in which all members are to be passed, being specified the name, address and the date the person became a member. Each member will pay a registration fee determined by the Board.

Each member of the association has to pay annual fee (once per year or quarterly) established by the Board. Failure dues causes the losing quality of membership.

Association members are entitled to:

To participate in a General Assembly vote;
To participate in activities organized by the association;
To receive services from the association;
To attend courses, conferences and other events organized by the association for training and professional improvement.

Association members have the following duties:

To respect the provisions of this statute and along the decisions of the General Assembly;
To carry out work with law enforcement and commercial usage, avoiding any act of unfair competition and support all activities of the association;
To pay annual fee;
To ensure its contribution to finance projects of the association;
To participate directly or through representatives to the General Assembly of Association .
